The Actor's Toolbox is an exciting, rigorous acting class meant for beginners and experienced actors alike. In 8 weeks you'll learn how to create and act in your own 5-minute theatre piece and develop your own artistic process, from idea to rehearsal to performance. Discover the power of ensemble as you take your individual creation and work with fellow students to create your very own, original theater piece. Come away from this class with dynamic tools to add to your "actor's toolbox!"

You can read testimonials from our previous participants here.
Learning how to create a believable character is an integral part of being an actor in plays as well as musicals. This class will build on the "Ready, Set, Characterize--Intro Class" and take students to the next level by adding musical theatre. Students in this class will learn, through fun and engaging activities, to sing and dance in character in a musical theatre performance. This class is perfect for intermediate theatre students,  students with a little experience, and those who have just completed the fall intro class!
